Katherine Hill, MD is a board-certified physician with specialized expertise in eating disorders and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). Her interest in this field began during her time as an NCAA Division I swimmer, when she completed a research project focused on disordered eating among collegiate athletes.

While in college, Dr. Hill navigated her own complex medical journey with an autoimmune disease, an experience that solidified her desire to pursue medicine and care for individuals facing both physical and psychological challenges. She completed her medical training and early faculty work at Stanford University, where she served in the Division of Adolescent Medicine and gained extensive clinical experience within their renowned eating disorder treatment program.

Following her time at Stanford, Dr. Hill spent nearly five years as the lead medical physician at Equip Health, where she provided medical oversight for patients receiving virtual, family-based eating disorder treatment. It was during this work that she met her colleague co-founder, Megan Hellner.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Hill is a wife and mother of three and lives in Decatur, Georgia. She enjoys recreational tennis and still finds time to swim when possible. She is deeply committed to building long-term relationships with her patients and finds the greatest fulfillment in supporting them as individuals throughout their recovery journeys. Dr. Hill welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals and families seeking compassionate, expert medical care.
